These terms govern access to CarSniper. A signed order form or enterprise agreement controls where it conflicts with these online terms.

Service and trials

Trials may use synthetic data and restricted premium capabilities. Subscription charges, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, taxes, usage limits, and support commitments are defined by the selected plan and checkout terms.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must have authority to provide data, configure lawful communication consent, honor opt-outs, use authorized inventory and competitor sources, protect credentials, review consequential AI output, and comply with applicable laws and provider agreements.

Recommendations

Vehicle availability, pricing, margins, trade values, financing scenarios, and sourcing results may include estimates. They are not guarantees and require dealership verification and authorized approval.

Availability and liability

The service may depend on third-party providers. Commercial warranty, indemnity, liability, service-level, and dispute terms should be finalized by counsel before launch.
